How long does the onboarding process take?

That depends on the project and we offer a free consultation to help you to figure that out. The biggest factors are how much information there is and how organized that info is presently. Much of the differences in our packages depends on frequency of updates and changes rather than setup.

Will you share my information with anyone?

Absolutely not! We require an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) be signed to protect every client.

Do I have to use Zoom for all of our meetings?

No. For the most part our method of contact just depends on what works best for you. Some things, like showing you initially how to navigate your new system, will be much easier with the screen sharing that zoom provides.

How do I pay you?

Credit card processing will be coming to our website soon. In the mean time, Venmo is preferred, @colewil_dataart, but other payment options are also available.

What if I want to end the service I signed up for?

That is totally fine. You can cancel anytime you like. We are here to help, not hinder.

Do I have to give you all my passwords?

No, there are several workarounds that we can utilize.
